Property Manager
of the Year
This award is given to a property manager who has demonstrated leadership in achieving property management excellence and strong performance, while delivering the highest level of customer service. Entrant must have at least 2 years of experience as a property manager.
Rising Star Property
Manager of the Year
This recognition is awarded to a high-potential property manager with less than two years of work experience, who has proven to deliver property management excellence while generating remarkable financial performance and positive impact on tenants and landlords.
Business Development
Manager of the Year
This award is given to a Business Development Manager (BDM) of a property management agency who has demonstrated growth, quality of service, outstanding support to the business, and impressive business results.
Trust Accountant
of the Year
