Entry Submission

Who can enter?
-
Entry into the APMIA is open to any individual or organisation who has been involved in the property management industry.
Entries from outside Australia are welcome for select categories only (Marketing Excellence Award, Innovation Award, and Social Responsibility Award) so long as the marketing campaign, innovative product/service or CSR initiative has run in Australia.

What is entry free?

Submitting an entry is COMPLETELY FREE.

When is the entry deadline?
-
Deadline of submission is extended until 7 May 2022. Our Awards Entry System will no longer accept submissions beyond this date.

How do I submit my entry?
-
It’s very simple!
- Navigate to our awards platform.
- Create an account in our Awards Entry System.
- Choose a category you wish to enter.
- Enter your information and answer the questions.
- Provide supplementary documentation to support your entry.
- Review and click submit.
You’ll be able to log in at any time to view the status of your entries.

If I can start an entry, can I return and continue at a later date?

Glad you asked! Definitely! Please click the “Save for Later” button. It will then move your incomplete entry to your “Saved Items”.
When you’re ready to continue, just go to your “Saved Items” and finish your entry by clicking submit.

Can I enter more than one entry into the same category?

Yes. You may submit multiple entries per category. category.

My company (or me) is based outside Australia, can I enter?
-
For individuals or organisations based outside Australia, you can only submit an entry for for the Marketing Excellence Award, Innovation Award, and Social Responsibility Award so long as the product, service, campaign, or initiative has run in Australia.. The rest of the awards require entrants to be Australia-based.

Can I edit an entry after submission?

Once the entry has been submitted, you can no longer edit your entry.

When and how will the finalist be announced?
-
Finalists will be announced on June 15, 2021 by email, on our social media accounts and our website. Finalists will also be notified by email and will receive access to the Finalist package.

When and how will the winners be notified?
-
15 days before the awarding, winners will be notified by email.

Can I get the jury’s comments about my entry?
-
Yes, we will provide you with the jury’s comments after the awarding.

Will there be an awarding ceremony?
-
Due to the social distancing protocols, the 2022 APMIA will be held virtually via our official Facebook page on July 15, 2022

First off, congratulations! You worked hard for it. It’s time to show off your much-deserved win. As the esteemed winner, you will receive our Award package. If you wish to purchase our premium award merchandise such as our APMIA trophy and plaques, please visit our shop.
