1. Nominations may be self-nominated or submitted on behalf of another individual or organization. For self-nominations, you will be asked to start an entry submission. If you are nominating another individual or organization, you must submit a nomination. Your nominee will then be contacted to complete an entry submission.

2. All entries must be completed online via our online awards platform.

3. Call for entries and nominations will start on 14 February 2022. Deadline for submission of entries and nominations is extended until 7 May 2022.

4. Entry submission is free of charge.

5. Each submission is valid for one entry only. If you are submitting an entry for multiple categories, please submit separate entries.

6. A panel of chosen industry experts will evaluate and rate each entry based on the write-up and supporting documents submitted. Required formats for supporting documents are as follows:

- Hosted on video/audio sites: Video and audio materials

- JPEG, JPG, or PNG: Print and other support materials

- PDF: Word documents

Each upload must not exceed 300MB.

7. Submitted documentation must be from January 1 to December 31, 2021 (e.g. 2021 full year rent roll performance).

8. Shortlisted entries may be requested to provide additional supporting documentation to verify authenticity and and further assess qualification.

9. Write-up and supporting materials must be written in English. English translations must also be provided for words or phrases in other languages. Please follow the set word limit indicated in the entry form.

10. Materials from entries submitted to APMIA will be used for awards purposes. Entrants may also be required to provide supplementary materials for shortlisted or winning entries to be used in the awards ceremony, promotional materials, and related events held after the virtual awarding.

11. All entries must strictly comply with the rules, and any violations will result in automatic disqualification.
